5. Age-Appropriate Play (Lego & Duplo)

- Lego: Standard Lego bricks are not suitable for children under the age of 4 due to small parts and choking hazards.

6. Wheelchair Accessibility

Cloud Nine is committed to providing an inclusive and enjoyable environment for all children. We strive to ensure that our activities are accessible and welcoming to every participant.

If your child is a wheelchair user, please get in touch via the Contact Us form on our website before the event. Upon notification, we will make contact and discuss the most appropriate set up, for example seated train set up at a table.

We are dedicated to making these adjustments whenever possible to provide an inclusive experience. Please let us know of any accessibility needs in advance and we will strive to meet them wherever possible.

7. Refreshments

.Where required we will be providing food and drink. This may be at either a play session in the form of a ‘cafe’ or at parties including party boxes / snacks / birthday cake etc. Allergies must be made known to us in advance to avoid any allergic reactions. We do not take any responsibility of any spillages, burns, or allergic reactions.

7. Breakages

We accept that sometimes accidents happen, or a lego brick or two may go missing, however should something happen that includes severe breakages, liability will come down to the customer.
